Strictly Come Dancing Introduces Two New Professional Dancers
Australian-born Julian Caillon and American-born Alexis Warr are the latest additions to the Professional Dancers lineup of Strictly Come Dancing. The hit series, produced by BBC Studios Entertainment, will feature these talented dancers in the upcoming season on BBC One and BBC iPlayer this autumn.

Both Alexis and Julian have previously danced at the World-famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom, where Strictly will return later this series for its much-anticipated Blackpool special.
Australian-born Julian Caillon has been dancing since the age of 10, specializing in Ballroom and Latin American. He represented Australia internationally, appeared on Australia’s Dancing With The Stars, toured with Burn The Floor, and competed on So You Think You Can Dance in Australia. Julian holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from UNSW Sydney and has worked as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist. He has completed two triathlons in 2025.
American-born Alexis Warr won US dance series So You Think You Can Dance in 2022 and was crowned ‘America’s Favourite Dancer’. She has appeared on Dancing With The Stars, America's Got Talent, World of Dance, and national tours. Alexis has also danced with Derek Hough in Las Vegas.
The BBC announced the two new Professional Dancers joining Strictly Come Dancing for the upcoming season.
Alexis Warr expressed her excitement: \"I’ve admired Strictly for years, so joining this incredible family is such an honor. I can’t wait to share my love of dance with the UK.\"
Julian Caillon shared: \"Joining the cast of Strictly really is a dream come true. I can’t wait to have some fun and be part of something special!\"
Sarah James, Executive Producer at BBC Studios, welcomed Alexis and Julian, praising their talent. Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment at the BBC, highlighted their addition to the show.
Strictly Come Dancing will feature returning Professional Dancers alongside Alexis and Julian, promising a glitter-packed series with unforgettable routines and special guests.
Viewers can anticipate the return of judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Shirley Ballas, with hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
