KP Increases Recruitment Quota for Children of Police Martyrs

KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur announced an increase in the recruitment quota for children of police martyrs to ASI posts from 5% to 12.5%. 280 martyrs' heirs have already been recruited under the new quota. The Police Force budget for the current year rose from Rs.124 billion to Rs.158 billion. Salaries were increased to match other provinces. Honoring martyrs creates a spirit of sacrifice. Martyrs' families will receive special receptions. Free residential plots will be given to martyrs' heirs this year. Modern equipment and arms were provided to the police force. The chief minister emphasized merit-based justice and support for the police force.

The traffic police were asked to minimize fines for minor violations on poor workers. Law and order is a top priority for development. Collective prayers were offered for police martyrs' peace. The chief minister inspected new equipment at Police Lines.
