Driver gets less than 14 years for fatal Christmas crash that killed mother and daughter

A speeding driver has been sentenced to 13 years and three months in prison for causing the death of a mother and daughter in a tragic Christmas accident. Mohammed Ibrahim, 25, was racing another car at speeds of up to 84mph in a 30mph zone when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a car carrying four generations of one family. Judge Paul Farrer KC condemned Ibrahim, stating that he knew the consequences of his actions.
