Trump called the trials against Netanyahu 'a political witch hunt' on Truth Social. This is not the first time Trump has supported Netanyahu and called for the cancellation of the corruption trial.

Trump criticized prosecutors for their 'terrible trial' against Bibi Netanyahu, highlighting Netanyahu's achievements in working with the US on issues like the Iran nuclear threat. Trump emphasized that the trial interferes with negotiations with Iran and Hamas, calling it 'insanity'.

Last week, Trump issued a similar statement after the ceasefire between Israel and Iran was implemented. Netanyahu faces multiple corruption charges including bribery, fraud, and breach of trust. If found guilty, he could face up to 10 years in prison.

Under Case 1000, Netanyahu and his wife are accused of receiving gifts in exchange for political favors. In Case 2000, Netanyahu is accused of striking a deal for favorable media coverage. Case 4000 alleges Netanyahu granted favors to a telecom company for positive news coverage.
