Shocking Discovery in Armadale Property Sold for $480k: Dead Mouse and Syringes Found by Homebuyer

A prospective Perth homebuyer made a shocking discovery during a home inspection at a run-down property in Armadale. Brooko Moves, known for her social media content on homebuying realities, documented her visit to 12 Cambell Road. The property's front and back yard were in disarray, with boarded up windows and litter on the pavement. Inside, she found a dead mouse in the carpeted loungeroom, accompanied by a foul odor. Additionally, two syringes were discovered in the bathroom. Despite its condition, the house sold for $480,000 on May 31. Agent Andrew Byl, expecting a quick sale, seemed unaware of the grim findings.

The sale highlights the challenging housing market in Western Australia, with Perth house prices reaching a new peak in May, according to the Poptrack Home Price Index.
