PMNCH unveils its new 2026-2030 strategy, focusing on addressing global health challenges and promoting partnerships. The strategy aims to combat health inequalities, human rights violations, disinformation, and other pressing issues affecting women, children, and adolescents worldwide.
Last week, PMNCH released its new 2026-2030 strategy after months of work to embrace 'Business Unusual' and advance its mission. Global progress has stalled, with health inequalities affecting the most vulnerable. Authoritarian leadership and anti-rights movements are threatening health systems and cutting global aid. Disinformation, conflicts, climate crisis, and economic instability are increasing risks for women, children, and adolescents.
PMNCH's strategy focuses on partnerships and advocacy, engaging grassroots movements and promoting change at political levels. It aims to fulfill health commitments, advance adolescents' well-being, and support SRHR. The recent BRICS Summit launched a partnership to address health drivers like poverty and inequity, emphasizing the importance of women, children, and adolescents' health and rights.
