Davao City Police Chief Praises Peaceful Environment

Police Regional Office-11 Director Police Brig. Gen. Joseph Reyes Arguelles recently commended the peace and order situation in Davao City, describing it as very peaceful and calm compared to Manila. He praised the professionalism of police officers in the region and emphasized the importance of implementing PNP policies to ensure safety and public trust. Arguelles highlighted the enforcement of the five-minute response policy and other strategies to enhance police visibility and modernization efforts. He also stressed the significance of visible and accessible law enforcement, directing police directors to prioritize areas where rapid response is achievable. Arguelles emphasized the need for constant communication with barangay officials for effective local policing and mutual accountability. He expressed confidence in his personnel's integrity and the community's resilience.
