Shefali Jariwala's Father Breaks Down at Emotional Prayer Meet

Shefali Jariwala, known for her role in the Kaanta Laga music video, tragically passed away at the age of 42 due to a cardiac arrest at her home in Oshiwara, Mumbai on June 27. She was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival. A prayer meet was held in her memory on July 2, where a video captured her father weeping with Parag Tyagi by his side.

Initial reports suggest that Shefali may have taken an anti-ageing injection on an empty stomach, which could have led to the cardiac arrest. The exact cause of death is still undetermined, pending further tests and analysis. Close friend Pooja Ghai mentioned that Shefali had taken a vitamin C IV drip on the day of her passing, a common practice post-COVID.

Parag Tyagi described the moments before Shefali's death, noting that she appeared unresponsive. The police questioned the individual who administered the IV drip at the scene. A postmortem conducted at Cooper Hospital did not provide a definitive cause of death, with further analysis pending.
