Space Marine 2 to Receive More Free Updates After Massive Siege Mode Release
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is set to receive additional free updates, including new PvE missions, enemies, weapons, and a mysterious addition. The game's community can expect a large-scale patch in September with a new PvP mode and other new content. Focus Entertainment has teased a Chaos vs Chaos mode and the introduction of the Tech Marine class for both PvP and PvE.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is receiving another year of free updates, following the recent launch of its PvE siege mode. The publisher and developer Saber, as announced on the Focus Entertainment community website, will introduce more PvE missions, enemies, weapons, and additional content, thanks to the support of the game's community.
A significant patch is scheduled for September, featuring a new PvP mode that was initially planned for the game's version 9.0 update. Despite the delay, version 9.0 will proceed with balancing adjustments and new content.
To compensate for the postponed PvP mode, Focus has hinted at a Chaos vs. Chaos mode set on a new map, allowing players to control the Hellbrute. This mode appears to be a variation of the Juggernaut game mode.
Moreover, the update will introduce new chaos armors, addressing a long-standing demand for customization options for Chaos class variants in multiplayer.
In version 10.0, the game will add a new weapon, the Power Axe, and unveil a new class for PvP and PvE, the Tech Marine, in a future community update.
This new class has been highly anticipated by the playerbase, especially following the addition of mod support. The upcoming updates will keep players engaged while Focus Entertainment works on Space Marine 3.
