They have a vast property portfolio, including One Hyde Park, Gordon House, a Cotswolds estate, and a Los Angeles mansion.

One Hyde Park is a luxury complex where Candy owns a duplex penthouse with five bedrooms, a private spa, gym, and home cinema. The property was listed for £175 million in 2021. Gordon House, located next to the Royal London hospital, underwent extensive renovations and was gifted to Nick by his brother Christian.
