Former Neighbours star Holly Valance and UK billionaire Nick Candy have announced their official split after reportedly living apart for years. The couple, who share two daughters, Luka and Nova, have been leading separate lives due to Nick's extensive travel and work commitments. Nick, a member of the Reform Party, met Holly in 2009 and they married in 2012. They have a vast property portfolio, including One Hyde Park, Gordon House, a Cotswolds estate, and a Los Angeles mansion.
One Hyde Park is a luxury complex where Candy owns a duplex penthouse with five bedrooms, a private spa, gym, and home cinema. The property was listed for £175 million in 2021. Gordon House, located next to the Royal London hospital, underwent extensive renovations and was gifted to Nick by his brother Christian. The Cotswolds estate, purchased in 2021, features seven bedrooms, a chapel, and sports facilities. The Los Angeles mansion, known as 'The Reserve', boasts 10 bedrooms, a bar, gym, and outdoor amenities. The property was listed for $US85 million in 2022.
