RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson and RHOBH's Brandi Glanville Contract Same Parasite

Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson revealed that she has been dealing with the same parasite that has affected Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, causing severe health issues and facial disfigurement.

Gunvalson disclosed this information during an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, stating that both women fell ill while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco in January 2023. Gunvalson expressed her belief that Glanville contracted the parasite during the trip, emphasizing the challenges they faced with local buffets often being 'covered in flies.'

Since returning from Morocco, Gunvalson has experienced symptoms like bloating, fatigue, and chronic constipation. She shared her struggles with managing the condition, including undergoing regular colonics and taking medications such as Duralax, Metamucil, and Ivermectin.

Glanville, on the other hand, has been vocal about her health issues, mentioning her face 'melting off' and spending a significant amount on treatments without improvement. Various medical opinions have been offered, with plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow suggesting a fungal or bacterial infection as a possible cause.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding their conditions, both Glanville and Gunvalson are determined to seek answers and regain their health. Bravo has not issued a public statement regarding the reported parasite situation.
