He has also excelled at the international level, scoring 12 goals in his last 17 appearances for Sweden.
Born in Stockholm, Viktor started his career with IF Brommapojkarna, progressing through their youth academy. He then joined Brighton & Hove Albion in January 2018 and had loan spells at Swansea City, St. Pauli, and Coventry City before moving to Coventry City permanently in 2021.
