Viture Beast AR Glasses Review: Should You Wait for the October Launch?

Viture is set to launch four AR glasses models, including the Viture Beast in October for $549. With impressive screen clarity and customization options, the Viture Beast offers a wide field of view. However, it lacks hardware myopia adjustment, making it less suitable for users needing that feature. Overall, the Viture Beast presents a compelling option for those seeking top-notch picture quality.

Viture Beast AR Glasses Review: Should You Wait for the October Launch?

The news is out. Viture is launching four pairs of AR glasses: Luma, Luma Pro, Luma Ultra, and the Viture Beast. The Viture Beast, which I previously teased and praised at AWE 2025, offers impressive screen clarity with a 1200p display. Although the field of view is now 58 degrees instead of 60, the difference is minimal. The glasses feature built-in screen customization, 3DoF tracking, and a USB-C port for convenience.

However, the Viture Beast lacks hardware myopia adjustment dials due to the 3DoF tracking system. If myopia adjustment is crucial for you, consider the Luma model. Priced at $549, the Viture Beast offers a big screen experience at a lower cost compared to competitors. It's exciting to see innovation from Viture and Xreal, pushing each other forward. While myopia adjustment is not available, the Viture Beast is a great choice for top-notch picture quality.
