Photos of what seems to be a Pixel 10 Pro prototype have been spotted on a Chinese auction site. The images reveal the front and back of the phone, showcasing unique patterns that suggest it is an engineering prototype. The leaked photos align with earlier renders of the Pixel 10 series, hinting at features like a periscope lens and the upcoming Tensor G5 chipset. Google is expected to unveil the Pixel 10 series soon, possibly on August 20.

Photos of an apparent Pixel 10 Pro have surfaced on a Chinese auction website, revealing both the front and back of what seems to be a prototype phone. This leak follows previous renders of the Pixel 10 series. Google is gearing up to launch the Pixel 10 lineup soon, with rumored specs and renders already circulating. Now, real-world images of the Pixel 10 Pro have potentially emerged online.
A seller on China's Xianyu auction site listed a Pixel 10 Pro motherboard, sharing a photo of the motherboard and actual pictures of the alleged phone. The seller claims these are engineering prototypes (EVT), supported by unique patterns on the phone's back cover often used by Google to identify prototypes and prevent leaks. References to 'DVT' (design validation test) on the fastboot menu and a sticker below the camera bar further indicate an early prototype.
The leaked images showcase a design consistent with previous renders, including a periscope lens as hinted by earlier leaks. The upcoming Pixel 10 series is expected to feature the Tensor G5 chipset, the first Tensor chip manufactured by TSMC. The standard Pixel 10 will likely sport a triple rear camera setup with the addition of a telephoto shooter, while the Pro models are anticipated to retain the existing camera system. Speculations suggest the Pixel 10 series reveal may happen around August 20.
