The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has extended the deadline for the submission of tax-related documents and payments in areas affected by Southwest Monsoon, tropical cyclones Crising, Dante, and Emong.

BIR Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Jr. announced the extension until July 31, 2025, for Revenue District Offices in specific regions, including those in Region 9B and Large Taxpayer Service.

Documents and payments with extended deadlines include various tax forms and reports for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, such as remittance reports, VAT returns, and percentage tax returns.

Lumagui mentioned that more Revenue Regions could have their deadlines extended as well.
