Sony and Arrowhead Studios are bringing Helldivers 2 to Xbox Series X|S on 26th August 2025. The full version will cost $40 and is published by PlayStation Publishing. Pre-orders are now open on the Xbox Store. Arrowhead Studios mentioned in a tweet that Super Earth is expanding and new enlistment centers are opening. Nixxes is handling the porting process to Xbox Series X|S.

In a post on the Xbox Wire website, game director Mikael Eriksson expressed excitement about bringing Helldivers 2 to more players. He mentioned plans for future updates and content, emphasizing that more players mean more stories to tell in the fight for Super Earth.

Xbox players can pre-order the Standard Edition and the Super Citizen Edition of Helldivers 2. Campaigns and petitions from Xbox players led to the decision to port the game. The community manager of Arrowhead Studios hinted at the possibility of the port in response to fan requests.
