Google Reveals Pixel 10 Lineup Ahead of Official Launch
Google has given a sneak peek at the upcoming Pixel 10 series through a banner on the Play Store app, showcasing four smartphones. The lineup includes the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The official unveiling is set for Aug. 20, with the devices expected to hit the market in October.

UPDATE 7/24: Google appears to be showing off the full Pixel 10 lineup, at least on the Play Store. Android Authority was 'poking around the Google Play Store app on Android' and spotted a banner that said, 'Meet the new Pixel 10 series' below a photo of four smartphones. Text underneath said: 'Get $50 off from Google. Terms apply. Ends on 10/13/25.'
As Android Authority notes, 'This is the first official Google imagery we’re seeing that includes the complete series: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.' Google's official teaser only showed off one device. So, seems like we'll get a first look on Aug. 20 ahead of an October launch.
Original Story: Google is set to unveil the Pixel 10 on Aug. 20, but you don't have to wait another month to get a glimpse of the next-gen smartphone. The company today updated the official Google Store with a video that shows the rear view of a Pixel 10. It looks very similar to last year’s Pixel 9 lineup, maintaining the same overall shape and camera bar.
Google didn’t specify if the render shows the Pixel 10 or 10 Pro. But it features three rear-facing cameras, an LED flash, and possibly a temperature sensor, the same setup as the Pixel 9 Pro.
Google might be trying to get ahead of numerous leaks that have shown the phone in bad lighting—not the glossy, professional-looking photos you normally get with a phone launch. On Monday, Android Headlines also published a new leak, which shows the Pixel 10 in four colors and says the regular Pixel 10 will boast three rear-facing cameras, rather than two.
Google also has a history of releasing official photos of its Pixel phones in the lead-up to the launch. It's done that for the Pixel 4, 8, 9 Pro, and its first foldable phone, which may have helped drum up interest when Apple’s iPhones and Samsung’s Galaxy devices have long dominated the US market.
Google plans to reveal all during its Aug. 20 event in New York, where the company is expected to also show off a new Pixel Watch 4 and the rumored Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Stay tuned for our coverage.
