He pleaded guilty to charges including harbouring women for prostitution and living on prostitution earnings. In August 2024, Goh joined the syndicate and took over its operations in January 2025. He invited two Japanese women, A1 and A2, to provide sexual services at Marina Bay Sands hotel. A1 served 44 customers and earned $14,800, while A2 served 37 customers and earned $11,100. Goh paid them in yen. Goh worked with an accomplice, Zhang Kai, who helped book hotel rooms and set up facilities for the prostitution operations. The offences were discovered during a police operation at Marina Bay Sands, leading to Goh's arrest. Zhang's case is ongoing in court.
