The Singaporean allegedly damaged PAP campaign materials in Hougang Avenue 5 on Polling Day, May 3. He shouted while drunk, damaged flags and posters, and pushed two party volunteers. Seng intends to plead guilty and plans to travel for work. His case is adjourned to Aug 1.

The incident occurred in Hougang SMC, where the ruling party was represented against the WP candidate Dennis Tan. Tan won over 60% of the vote in the general election. No injuries were reported during the incident.
