Richard Tillman is currently held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday. Pat Tillman, a former NFL player and US Army soldier, was killed in Afghanistan in 2004 while serving as a US Ranger.
No injuries were reported in the post office fire, and firefighters managed to extinguish the flames at the scene.
