Vaibhav Suryavanshi Sets Record for Fastest Century in ENG vs IND U-19 Youth ODI Match
During the fourth game of the series between England U-19 and India U-19, Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored the fastest hundred in Men’s Youth ODIs, reaching his century off 52 balls. He broke the previous record of 53 balls held by Kamram Ghulam of Pakistan.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi set a new record for the fastest century in Men’s Youth ODIs during the England U-19 vs. India U-19 series in Worcester. He reached his hundred in 52 balls, breaking the previous record of 53 balls held by Kamram Ghulam from Pakistan. Suryavanshi's innings included 10 fours and seven sixes before he was dismissed for 143 off 78 balls, with 13 fours and 10 sixes.
Last year, Suryavanshi had the second-fastest century in Men’s Youth Tests against Australia U-19, reaching the milestone in 56 balls, behind only Moeen Ali of England. He recently made headlines in the Indian Premier League (IPL) by becoming the youngest player to score a century at 14 years and 32 days, achieving a 35-ball century against Gujarat Titans in Jaipur.
In the ongoing Youth ODI series against England, Suryavanshi has been in top form. He scored a 20-ball half-century in the previous game, the second-fastest by an Indian in Youth ODIs. His aggressive batting style has been instrumental in India's success, including a 86 off 31 balls in a four-wicket win to lead the series 2-1. In the first two matches, he scored 48 and 45 respectively.
