In terms of sale prices, this weekend is kind of like the Saturday and Sunday between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Price cuts for Fourth of July sales are still in effect throughout the weekend, but they're about to get rebranded as Amazon Prime Day kicks up. That sale event officially starts Tuesday, July 8th, so expect the prices here to stay as is or maybe even get just a bit cheaper. In the meantime, the Apple deals we've collected here are all significantly better than the prices you'll get if you walked into an Apple Store today, as that company rarely (if ever) discounts its own products in its own store or on its own site.

While the newest iPad and iPad mini are hovering at their best prices ever, AirPods, on the other hand, have crept back up in price from previous seasonal lows (though all four varieties are still discounted). It's everything that a comparable iMac is, but in a smaller, way less expensive package. Many of my friends who are sound, video and photo editors swear by them.
