Three Arrested in G-10 for Allowing Dengue Mosquito Breeding

The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration teams conducted an inspection in G-10 Markaz and arrested three individuals for breeding dengue larvae after finding violations of preventive guidelines.

The Assistant Commissioner (AC) Shalimar discovered dengue larvae at multiple locations in the G-10 commercial area, leading to the arrests. The inspection aimed to identify breeding spots in high-risk areas and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The arrested individuals failed to follow preventive measures, such as removing stagnant water and maintaining hygiene, despite repeated warnings. They were handed over to the police for legal action under public health regulations.
