A major search is ongoing for a 15-year-old teen who was paddle boarding at Lochore Meadows in Fife. Emergency services, including the Coastguard, responded to a report of concern for the youth around 5.25pm on Saturday. Police have implemented temporary airspace restrictions until 9am on Monday. Public are advised to avoid the area as enquiries continue.
Police Scotland stated that extensive searches are being conducted and urged people to stay away from the area. Temporary airspace restrictions are in place for security reasons, including drones. HM Coastguard has been contacted for comment.
