Anti-ageing medicine, skin glow tablets, and vitamin supplements were found by the Mumbai Police during a search at actor-model Shefali Jariwala's apartment in Andheri. Shefali Jariwala, aged 42, passed away last week. The police and doctors are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death.
During the investigation, two boxes of beauty and self-care supplements were discovered by the police at her residence. The family mentioned that Shefali was not taking these tablets on a doctor's consultation, but it had no impact on her health.
Shefali Jariwala was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai by her husband Parag Tyagi and three others, but was declared dead on arrival by the hospital staff. While initial reports suggested a cardiac arrest as the cause of death, the Mumbai Police later stated that the exact cause was unclear.
Doctors at RN Cooper Hospital suspect that a sudden drop in blood pressure might have led to her death. Her husband, Parag, mentioned that Shefali had been fasting for a satyanarayan pooja and had collapsed the day before after consuming food.
The postmortem report will reveal the exact cause of Shefali's death. The Mumbai Police confirmed no foul play in the case and registered it as an Accidental Death (ADR). Shefali Jariwala was cremated at Oshiwara Crematorium in Mumbai the day after her demise.
Shefali Jariwala gained fame in 2002 with the song 'Kaanta Laga' and later appeared in reality shows like Bigg Boss and Nach Baliye, where she participated with her husband Parag.
