The Devil Wears Prada 2 Adds New Stars to Cast
The highly anticipated sequel to The Devil Wears Prada, based on Lauren Weisberger's novel, has begun filming with familiar faces returning. Joining the cast are actors from Charlie's Angels, The Office, and a connection to Kylie Jenner. The movie is set to release on May 1, 2026.

With filming finally under way on 20th Century Studios' long-awaited sequel The Devil Wears Prada 2, seven new actors have joined the cast. The original film starred Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep, earning $326 million worldwide from just a $35 million budget.
Fans have been clamoring for a sequel for years, and it's finally happening, based on Weisberger's 2013 sequel novel Revenge Wears Prada. Hathaway and Streep are back as Andy Sachs and Miranda Priestly, along with Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci reprising their roles.
Among the new additions for the sequel are Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, and Pauline Chalamet. Two original stars, Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman, are also returning. Director David Frankel and screenwriter Aline Brosh-McKenna from the original film both return for the sequel.
No plot details have surfaced yet, and it's unclear if the sequel will directly follow the novel or not. The release date is set for May 1, 2026.
