Canadian Citizen Dies in U.S. ICE Custody in Florida

A Canadian citizen and U.S. permanent resident, Johnny Noviello, has passed away while in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Florida. He was found unresponsive at the Federal Detention Center in Miami and pronounced dead the same day. The cause of death is under investigation.
