A 15-year-old boy has been charged with murder over the death of a 58-year-old man in Brisbane's north on Thursday night. Emergency services were called to a home in Clayfield just after 8pm, where they found the man's body, as well as a 'large group of teenagers' attending a house party, police said. The 15-year-old boy was found a few blocks away and was taken into custody. Neighbours have expressed shock over the incident and say the area is usually 'very quiet'. Police will allege the boy stabbed the older man, who was known to him. The boy was refused police bail and is expected to appear in the Brisbane Childrens Court on Friday. Assistant Commissioner Rhys Wildman told ABC Radio Brisbane the charge was 'with a domestic violence relation'. He said 'about 20 to 30 young people' were at the address when police and paramedics arrived. Assistant Commissioner Wildman said there was 'a pre-arranged house party at the location', and police do not believe the partygoers had anything to do with the incident. 'The investigation unfolded very quickly last night,' he said. Frances has lived on the 'very quiet' street for 14 years and said it was the first time she had ever seen anything like this. 'It's a shock ... it is a very quiet street, you hardly see anybody, they keep to themselves,' she said. Police have called for anyone with information about the incident or CCTV and dash cam footage of the area to come forward.
