Britain imposed sanctions on two Russian individuals and one entity for the transfer and use of chemical weapons in Ukraine. Russian drone strikes in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia caused casualties and damage to residential buildings. Ukraine also targeted a chemical plant in Russia and an oil refinery workshop in retaliation.
