Typhoon Bising Returns to Philippines; Batanes Under Signal No. 1
Typhoon Bising, known internationally as Danas, re-enters the Philippine area of responsibility, with Batanes still under Signal No. 1. The typhoon is moving northeastward with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h. It is expected to exit PAR soon and head towards Taiwan and Eastern China.

The center of Typhoon Bising re-entered the Philippine area of responsibility on Sunday evening, according to Pagasa. It was located 335 kilometers northwest of Itbayat in Batanes with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h. Bising is expected to move northeastward and exit PAR tomorrow morning, then turn westward towards Eastern China. Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is still up in Batanes, with potential strong winds. Other areas may experience strong gusts due to Bising and southwest monsoon.
