Renault Group's Employee Share Ownership Program: Key to Collective Success

Boulogne-Billancourt, July 2, 2025 – The fourth edition of Renault Group's employee shareholding plan took place from May 12 to 30, 2025. Employees in 30 countries received 3 free shares, while those in 24 countries could subscribe under preferential conditions. Nearly 95,000 employees participated, showing a strong trust in employee shareholding as a key driver of engagement and collective success.
Renewing this initiative, Renault Group emphasizes its commitment to sharing value with its employees. The high participation in the plan reflects the trust in the Group's strategy and the employees' connection to the company. Employee shareholding plays a crucial role in shaping the corporate culture, with employees now holding 6.31% of the company's capital.
According to Bruno Laforge, Chief People and Organization Officer at Renault Group, employee shareholding is essential for collective performance. The contributions in the 2025 plan, up to 6 free shares per employee, amount to approximately 359,000 shares, or 0.12% of Renault SA's capital, to be allocated to employees.
Furthermore, almost 48,000 employees, representing 44.3% of eligible employees, participated in the share subscription offer under the plan, investing over €36.5 million. This resulted in more than 1,165,000 subscribed shares, or 0.40% of Renault SA's share capital.
In total, around 1,524,000 shares will be transferred to employees through an Employee Mutual Fund (FCPE) or directly in a registered securities account, equivalent to 0.52% of Renault SA's capital. After the share allocation, employees will collectively hold about 6.31% of Renault SA's capital.
