The Broncos and Warriors will kick off on Saturday at Suncorp Stadium, followed by the Dragons and Eels at WIN Stadium, and then back to Suncorp for the Dolphins and Rabbitohs. Originally scheduled for Suncorp Stadium in Round 1, the Dolphins-Rabbitohs match was moved to Sydney due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Now, the Dolphins and Broncos will play separate NRL events at the same ground on the same day, with the Dolphins playing the Rabbitohs at 7.50pm after the Broncos-Warriors game at 3pm.
