A Dubai TV host, Wissam Breidy, captured a picture of Iranian missiles while on a flight with his family. The post followed Iran's missile launch towards US bases in Qatar. Breidy shared the picture on Instagram, expressing his fear for his family's safety.
Recalling his childhood in Lebanon amidst conflict, Breidy shared how the experience of seeing the missiles from the plane window felt different, especially with his wife and daughters. He praised the pilot for staying calm during the alarming situation and thanked the UAE for providing a sense of security.
Qatar confirmed that the missiles targeting Al Udeid airbase were intercepted, with no casualties reported. The missiles were part of 'Operation Basharat al-Fath' launched by Iran.
