Vivo Y29t 5G is the latest addition to the Vivo Y29 series, following the vanilla Y29 5G, Y29 4G, and Y29s 5G. It shares similar specs with the Y29s 5G but offers a larger battery capacity. The design is borrowed from the Y29s 5G variant.
The device features a 6.74-inch IPS display with a 720p resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 570 nits. While it offers good visuals and smooth animations, the display may not be bright enough for outdoor use.
The Vivo Y29t is certified with SGS Five-star military-grade shock resistance and IP64 water and dust resistance for durability. It sports a 50 MP main camera, a 0.08 MP auxiliary lens with Flash LED, and a 5 MP front camera housed in a U-notch.
Powered by a Dimensity 6300 chip, the phone comes with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It boasts a 6000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Other features include dual-band WiFi, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, expandable storage via SD card, dual speakers, a 3.5mm audio port, and NFC for contactless payments.
