ING has announced the repurchase of 2,710,019 shares as part of its €2.0 billion share buyback program. The shares were bought at an average price of €18.79, totaling €50,933,256.46. To date, a total of 42,397,236 shares have been repurchased under the program, amounting to €778,965,205.29.

ING announced that 2,710,019 shares were repurchased during the week of 30 June 2025 up to 4 July 2025 as part of the €2.0 billion share buyback programme. The shares were bought at an average price of €18.79, totaling €50,933,256.46. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme is 42,397,236 at an average price of €18.37, amounting to €778,965,205.29. About 38.95% of the total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
