Canada Post Final Offers Vote Update: How to Get Your PIN
The Minister of Jobs and Families has ordered a vote on Canada Post's final offers for Urban and RSMC units. CIRB is overseeing the process. Members are urged to update their email addresses to receive a unique PIN for electronic or phone voting. Deadline for email updates is July 7th, 2025. Those without email will get alternative PIN delivery method.
On June 12th, 2025, the Minister of Jobs and Families ordered a vote on Canada Post’s final offers from May 28th, 2025 for the Urban and RSMC bargaining units. The CIRB will conduct the votes.
On June 26th, the CIRB directed members to update their email addresses with Canada Post to receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the upcoming vote. The deadline to update email information is July 7th, 2025, 11:59 pm (ET).
If you don't have an email, create one using services like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or Icloud. Employees without an email will receive an alternate method to get their PIN.
