Fly-half Finn Russell and back-rower Henry Pollock stood out with impressive performances. Russell's playmaking and goal-kicking skills were on display, while Pollock shone in attack. Other standout players included James Lowe and Joe McCarthy. The Lions scored tries through Tomos Williams (2), Elliot Daly (2), Dan Sheehan, Garry Ringrose, McCarthy, and Alex Mitchell. Russell also added 10 points with his conversions. Nic White scored the Force's only try.
Russell set up the first try with a brilliant cross-field kick to Sheehan. The Force responded with a try from White. Pollock and Williams added more tries for the Lions. Despite Pollock's yellow card, the Lions led 21-7 at halftime. In the second half, Williams scored his second try before Ringrose and McCarthy extended the lead. Daly scored his second try, and Mitchell added another to secure a 50-point victory.
