Indian Railways introduces RailOne app: Easy steps to book tickets, check PNR, order food

In a bid to make passengers' journeys smoother and more convenient, Indian Railways launched RailOne, a one-stop solution app for all passenger services. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw introduced RailOne on the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). The app is available for Android and iPhone users, aiming to integrate multiple services into a single interface for enhanced passenger convenience.

RailOne includes features related to freight train service enquiries and offers a single sign-on facility to reduce the need for multiple passwords. Users of RailConnect or UTSonMobile can log in to RailOne using their existing credentials. The app provides services such as booking reserved and unreserved tickets, platform tickets, train enquiries, PNR status checks, journey planning, Rail Madad services, and food ordering on trains.

Indian Railways passengers can now access all these services in one place through RailOne, eliminating the need to use multiple apps for different purposes.
