The case is now marked as 'disposed' on the court's website, indicating its official closure, as reported by People magazine.
Furness initiated the divorce proceedings in New York and mentioned in the petition filed on May 23 that the terms had already been settled, expediting the process. Her lawyer filed for continued health care coverage and a medical child support order, along with other necessary legal documents.
The separation of Jackman, 56, and Furness, 69, was announced in September 2023 through a joint statement, where they expressed their decision to separate for personal growth while emphasizing that their family would remain a top priority. They requested privacy as they navigated this transition in their lives.
Meanwhile, Jackman is now dating his Broadway co-star Sutton Foster, with the couple having made their romance public.
