Mika Singh also referenced the film Abir Gulaal, which starred Pakistani actor Fawad Khan and faced opposition in India. He expressed disappointment that despite past instances, some individuals continue to overlook the sensitivities involved. Mika Singh highlighted a recent incident where a 'fake singer' disappeared after holding shows in India, leaving fans feeling betrayed and abandoned.

Diljit Dosanjh's new movie Sardaar Ji 3 is set to release only in overseas territories, with the horror comedy scheduled to hit theaters outside India on June 27. Directed by Amar Hundal and produced by Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu, the movie has faced criticism from industry bodies for casting Hania Aamir. The All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) and FWICE have condemned Dosanjh and called for his removal from the film.
