DoorDash Executive and Family Members Among 8 Dead in Lake Tahoe Boating Tragedy

A DoorDash executive and members of his family were among the eight people killed in a boat accident on Lake Tahoe in California. The victims included Josh Pickles, 37, his parents Terry Pickles, 73, and Paula Bozinovich, 71, and his uncle Peter Bayes, 72. The incident occurred during a thunderstorm, making it one of the deadliest accidents on the lake in recent years.

Two survivors were rescued, while the identities of two others remain unknown. The boat capsized during a storm with high winds and waves, resulting in tragic consequences. The search for victims was suspended by the coast guard after extensive efforts.
