According to the embassy, Chinese citizens in Qatar are urged to stay alert and be cautious due to the current security situation. They are also advised to limit unnecessary outings and avoid sensitive areas like the Al Udeid Air Base for their safety.
Iran launched a missile attack on Al Udeid Air Base on Monday, which is located 30km southwest of Doha and is a key hub for US military forces. The attack comes after tensions escalated following an Israeli strike on Iran earlier in June.
