Bioniks CEO Anas Niaz mentioned that each prosthetic arm costs around $2,500, which is significantly lower than the $10,000 to $20,000 for alternatives made in the United States.

Eight-year-old Sidra Al Bordeeni, who lost her arm in a missile strike in Gaza, joyfully rode a bicycle for the first time after receiving a prosthetic arm from Bioniks in Karachi. Her mother expressed gratitude for her daughter's happiness.

Bioniks, a Pakistani company, created the custom prosthetic arm using a smartphone app to take pictures and generate a 3D model. The company, known for its affordable prosthetics, provided arms to conflict survivors for the first time.

The prosthetic arms cost $2,500 each, offering functionality and accessibility to children in need. Bioniks aims to expand its reach to other conflict zones and become a global provider of prosthetics.

Despite challenges in Gaza's health system, remote solutions like those offered by Bioniks play a crucial role in providing prosthetic care to those in need. The company also plans to incorporate popular characters into children's prosthetics for emotional acceptance.

Sidra, one of many child amputees in Gaza, is adapting to her new prosthetic arm and looks forward to embracing her father with both arms when they reunite.
