HP Launches Affordable AI-Powered Laptops OmniBook 5 and OmniBook 3 in India

HP unveiled its new AI laptop lineup in India, introducing the OmniBook 5 and OmniBook 3 series starting at Rs 69,999. These laptops feature Neural Processing Units capable of 45-50 trillion operations per second. The OmniBook 5 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processors, while the OmniBook 3 series is powered by AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors. Both series offer on-device AI capabilities through HP AI Companion and Windows Studio Effects for improved video calls.

Vineet Gehani, Senior Director of Personal Systems at HP India, stated, \"We are making AI technology more accessible to a wider range of users.\" The laptops target students, professionals, and everyday users seeking intelligent computing features at affordable prices. The OmniBook 5 14-inch model boasts up to 34 hours of battery life, a 2K OLED display, and HP Audio Boost 2.0 for AI-powered audio enhancement.

The OmniBook 3 series comes in 14-inch and 15.6-inch configurations with FHD displays and various connectivity options. These laptops incorporate sustainable materials and are EPEAT Gold Registered and ENERGY STAR certified. The OmniBook 5 14-inch starts at Rs 75,999, while the OmniBook 3 models begin at Rs 69,999. They are available in Glacier Silver through HP Online Stores and offline retailers, with 8-month no-cost EMI options available through select stores.
