The Bluestar bus was full of youngsters, some of whom have been injured. Barton Peveril College has confirmed that the bus was carrying students. Parents are directed to a parent hub to collect their child once cleared to leave. Three 'high priority' patients have been taken to the hospital, according to South Central Ambulance Service.

A spokesperson mentioned that multiple units, including five ambulances, two helicopters, and specialist response units, were sent to the incident. Patients have been removed from the bus, with three high priority patients taken to the hospital and around 14 with less serious injuries being treated on the scene.

Access to the cordoned area is restricted while youngsters are being treated, and an incident command has been set up on the scene. Barton Peveril College stated that they are aware of the incident involving the College 607 Bus and are working closely with the police to ensure the safety of all students. An Incident Centre has been established at The Hub at Bishopstoke for concerned parents, where an officer and College staff will provide updates and address questions.
