A Vietnamese man who survived the capsizing of a tour boat in Ha Long Bay described his escape from the overturned vessel. At least 35 people were killed in the accident and a search is continuing for four who are still missing, according to Vietnamese state media. The Wonder Sea embarked early Saturday afternoon for a three-hour excursion in Ha Long Bay, carrying 46 passengers and three crew. A storm hit, causing the boat to overturn. Survivor Dang Anh Tuan shared his experience of escaping through a window underwater. Tuan and others clung to the capsized boat until rescuers arrived. The boat was towed for investigation with visible damage. Eleven survivors were recovered, but one later died in the hospital. Most passengers were tourists from Hanoi. Tuan was on holiday with 11 friends, only three of whom survived. The group experienced injuries and fatalities. A tropical storm is approaching the area.
