Four people were injured after a shotgun was fired at Dunkirk Hall pub in Leyland, Lancashire. The incident occurred at 10.19pm on Friday, July 18. The injured individuals include two men in their 20s and 40s, and two women in their 20s and 50s, all with minor injuries. Lancashire Police are treating the shooting as an isolated incident and have increased patrols in the area.
The pub announced on Facebook that it would be closed for a while for police investigations but hoped to reopen by late afternoon. Dunkirk Hall, originally a manor house, was converted into a pub in 1983.
